well, graphic design studies at the college are in their peek and i love every minute of it!!!

art history, design history, freehand (which i passed in the beginning because of my experience) film history, typography, drawing, color lessons and photography. the fun is unbelievable, and so - are the homeworks, which consists most of our free time.

Today we had a photography class, so we took our cameras filled with b&w films and went out for a prey at one of TEL AVIV's old neighbourhoods (the private school which i learn in is in Tel Aviv). its those little moments that makes happy the most, like catching an old bearded man with interesting face, or an interesting 80 years old doorstep, or just a random pose of a foreign worker passing by....
later, we had a drawing lesson, in which we used ink and brushes to paint a contrasted picture of still nature. It's those drawing and photography lessons which really brings out the best in me. in the recent works i have submitted here, you can find the latest homeworks for the photography lessons.

TA is one of the most interesting places i really know good. although old and dirty, falling apart and sometimes very hot and moist, TA contains many interesting spots for a photographer, or just any tourist who would be willing to step out of the normal tourist routs. It is a metropolitan of many nationalities, of foreign workers like chinese, thai, nigerian, south america and the parts of former U.S.S.S.R, and offcourse, jewish israelis and arabs.
any DJ i met and talked to who came from abroad to play in israel, said this city is one of the best places he's been to. it's due, i think, to the un cerenited perception of life of the israelis, in peticular tel aviv residents, and petipeticular israely clubbers.
irish, british, american, french, dutch, german and any other nationality came and fell in love with the charm of it. i guess they loved the mediteranean weather, the amazing all night long parties, the loving crowd that loves music and life like there's no tommorow, (and sometimes there isnt...) or just the whole chocolate box...
if you happen to love or know the "Bauhaus" style, (of which we learned last week in the "design history" class), TA was declared a world heritage center, as the city consists of many wonderfull bauhaus architecture.
